RS system-flooring Mineral construction mortar

RS-system-flooring on modified mineral construction mortar is the true classic among RS-system-flooring.The construction thickness of this RS-system- flooring starts at about 50 mm. This construction mortar is adjusted so precisely to the shift-dredge cement that the tiles can be laid wet-in-wet. This means short laying times and individual arrangement of gradients to the water drainage systems directly integrated in the RS-system-flooring.

RS-system-flooring can be combined with appropriate RS seals.

The RS shift-dredge cement used for the tiles offers an optimal bond with the construction mortar.

Available are mineral modified shift-dredge cement type RS-VSK-R or conductive RS-VSK-S. Available for the highest demands is the epoxy resin fleece combination, type RS-VSK-EP-V.

RS ceramic tiles of high-quality stoneware with high-quality RS joint cement round off the product range.

Connection to walls and foundations can take place with either ceramic corner base plates or stainless steel corner profiles.

This allows the use of a combination of materials in areas subject to impact stress, e.g. supports, door frames or thermal walls or the use of only stainless steel. The stainless steel corner profiles are also available with sealing flange. This allows the RS seal to be applied with a professional finish, e.g. to thermal walls.

There is also the option to integrate RS six-cornered stainless steel plates which fit perfectly in the joint arrangements of the RS ceramic tile. These plates are used where high mechanical stresses can be expected, e.g. below valve assemblies with frequent changing of heavyduty hose coupling connections, access ramps or ramp heads.

The transitional areas to doors and high points as well as drainage connection points are lined with stainless steel profiles. At high points as double profiles with subsequent grouting with joint sealing material, e.g. RS-Flex of 2-K epoxy.
